Although C-TASC is an employee owned and operated company, C-TASC is governed by an independent board of directors and led by a talented executive team who bring a broad range of leadership and management experience to our company.  C-TASC has its own Institutional Review Board (IRB), comprised of prominent members of the medical and scientific community, to ensure compliant and efficient application of governmental and institutional regulations regarding human subjects.
